Purpose of the festival:
  This festival is an ideal opportunity for groups of different countries to come together to present their culture and nation through dance, music and interesting national costumes. Palma de Mallorca will be the place to collect dance groups and national art groups from around the world to meet new people, create new friendships and see the beauties of Palma de Mallorca. The idea of ​​the festival is to develop new forms of communication in international dialogue and international cooperation in the future.
Organizer of the festival: World Art Association of Festivals – WAAF with Director Mr. Jovan Jonoski.
Conditions for participation in the festival:
1. At this festival, groups from all over the world can participate.
11. Only folk dance groups are welcome to participate. Singing groups are not allowed.
12. The number of participants is limited to 40, including leaders and drivers.
13. No age restriction.
14. The groups must be ready to perform 2-3 dances with a total duration of about 10-12 minutes, but no more.
15. Each group must bring with itself the national flag of the country it represents.
16. Groups are advised to bring several small gifts for exchange.
17. Participants can perform with orchestras or recorded music (CD or flash memory).
18. To participate in this festival, each group must complete an application form. If possible, when you apply, please provide us with some photos, videos or a short history of the group. These materials will be for advertising and advertising purposes (in advertisements, flyers and posters).
19. Upon sending the request form, an advance payment is also being made. The organiser will then send you an official letter inviting you to participate in the festival.
Fee:
239 euro per person.
60 euro – participation fee for the whole group.
The participation fee includes:
– Accommodation in a three-star hotel with breakfast, air conditioning and wi-fi.
– An official dinner.
– Transport from and to the airport, transport from hotel to concerts and vice versa, transport from hotel to official dinner and vice versa.
Accommodation will only be in double rooms.
Each group will have a representative from the festival’s organisers to assist the group during the festival.
The participation fee does not include:
– Health insurance .
– Tickets for museums.
– Lunch and dinner.
Program:

– Arrive in Palma and check in the hotel after 13.00.
– Meeting with the organisers of the festival to discuss the details of the festival; a program with a precise timetable and details of each of the activities mentioned in this program will be given on the arrival of the groups.

– Defile and concert in Palma de Mallorca.

– Departure of the groups after 11.00.
– Groups will be allowed to leave their luggage at the hotel before 13:00 for check-in, and after 11:00 on check-out.
Groups wishing to participate must complete an application form.
A EUR 1000 deposit is transferred after a completed and submitted application form. The rest is to be transferred until September 13, 2019.
