OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZER

1. Country of organization of the festival BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA
2. Place SARAJEVO/ILIDŽA + (2 – 3 cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina- list of performances in other cities, outside Sarajev: Zenica, Jajce, Mostar)

Option 1- hotel 3* (5 nights)

(with breakfast, lunch, dinner)

 

– arrival: 05.8.2020. after 14:00h

– departure: 10.8.2020. after 10:00h

 

a)       children 8 – 15 years:110,00 eur,

b)       young 16 -25 years: 120,00 eur,

c)        c) adults/parents 25+ years: 130,00 eur.

 

Option 2- hotel 3* (4 nights)

(with breakfast, lunch, dinner)

 

– arrival: 06.8.2020. after 14:00h

– departure: 10.8.2020. after 10:00h

 

a)       children 8 – 15 years:90,00 eur,

b)       young 16 -25 years: 100,00 eur,

c)        c) adults/parents 25+ years: 110,00 eur.

 

 

(Rooms available in a certain number of capacities: 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5) rooms 1/1 are subsequently charged 10 euros per 1 day!)

Each group can have a number of rooms with 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 beds. The group can not insist on getting all or more double rooms. If there are more married couples coming to the festival, the organizer does not guarantee that they will have more than 3-4 rooms for them, so please have understanding  that the number of married couples-parents is as low as possible.

5. Number of persons who are invited ·         Maximum 50 persons

·         For  2  PERSONS IS free/gratis  (2 leaders) (for this place- organizer UTIKUS “BAŠLIJA”  bears the costs of accommodation and food during the stay at the festival )

6. Programme Choreographies that are performed can not be longer than 3 – 5 minutes. The program can be repeated because concerts are in different locations and each concert is in a new place and in front of a new audience.
7. The aim of the festival To preserve tradition and customs, develop friendships through the festival, present the cultural identity of the homeland of the participants and to introduce them to the tradition, culture, history and tourist beauty of our homeland.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS / OBLIGATIONS PROVIDED BY INCOMING GROUP

Additional requirements,which are outside the frame of the festival ·         For groups who’re coming with an airplane, there are additional requirements:

·         Airport transfer SJJ – hotel for arrival and return is provided by the organizer UTIKUS “BAŠLIJA”

·         The use of the bus during the festival is paid by the YOUR group outside Sarajevo (Mostar, Jajce, Zenica) 15 euros / 1 person / 1 day/ 1 City

·         For renting buses inside Sarajevo and (10 euros / 1 person / 1 day – for LOCAL ride in Sarajevo) (TOTATAL BUS TRANSPORT 4 Citys: Sarajevo, Mostar, Jajce, Zenica = 55,00 eur for 1 person)

·         All groups pay transport costs from their own country – to Bosnia and Herzegovina and back, including LOCAL rides in Bosnia and Herzegovina)

Deadline  until the group confirms participation in the festival 25.12.2019.
Gifts Each group should provide 5 gifts for organizers / donors, and gifts for groups of participants of the festival 5 – 7 groups / gifts
Flag-table Each group on the festival should bring a national flag and a table with the inscription – the name of the group
Music CD/USB stick or live music
Photos and history of the group Please send us 5 photos of your group and a brief history of the group with the application.
FACULTATIVE ACTIVITY 1.        Thermal Riviera – swimming pool (open and closed) 5,00 EUR FOR 1 PERSON
