Neos Marmaras (New Marmara) is a village on the Sithonia peninsula, in the Chalkidiki peninsula, Greece. In 2001, Neos Marmaras had 2.854 residents, the summer-time population has been estimated at 20.000. Situated on three shoreline hills, below the two mountains, Itamos and Tragoudeli (the “singing mountain”). The main industries are tourism, agriculture (olives, wine, and honey) and fishing. Neos Marmaras is located 125km from Thessaloniki, and 55km from Poligyro. Most of the residents are originally from Marmara Island, in the Sea of Marmara; and from Parthenona, a small village on the mountain, Itamos.

5th day – July 06 Breakfast. Free time at the beach. Lunch packet. Optional night out. Dinner. Overnight.
6th day – July 07 Breakfast. Hotel check out and departure. End of services.

***Festival is organized by Mediteranian Organization in cooperation with local municipalities, chambers of commerce and local folklore ensemble. The festival will be covered in media by the local and international press and television. Mayors or the deputy mayors, from the cities of festival contestants, will be honored guests of the festival at the expense of the organizer.
