I. International Golden Sands Dance Festival-Competition 25 – 29 June 2023 VARNA-BULGARIA

CONDITIONS  OF PARTICIPATING :

1. The groups will stay in 3-4 stars hotel  in           Varna Carnival Otel. https://etravels.bg/index.php?carnival
2. ( Golden Sands) , The number of participants and ages are not limited.

1. Participation fee of festival : 

3.1- 3* HOTEL :  https://dahliahotel.eu ; FB,   140 euro 4 nights,

3.2- 3* HOTEL : https://etravels.bg/index.php?carnival FB, 150 euro 4 nights, including water and soft drinks local drinks during meal time at restaurant and bar (14:00-18:00 and 20:00-22:00)

3.3- 4* HOTEL : https://zdravets-hotel-golden-sands.booked.net FB, 155 euro 4 nights, including with non-alcoholic drinks at the pool bar (10:00 – 18:00)

4. The groups are requested to arrive in Golden Sands/Varna on 25 June 2023 – 14:00 and depart on 29 june 2023 12:00, after breakfast.

5. Gifts provide for each person participant`s card and certificate. Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.

6. We will prefer for dance groups with live music but recorded music also possible. Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee.

7. The groups prepare 5 min, 8 min programs. All groups have to be 2 different performances.

8. Nomination will be Best Music, Best Coustume, Best Performance,Best Choreography.

9. On every 24 participants one member is free of charge. For double rooms there is a supplement of 5 € per person per day, for single room 15 € per person per day.

10. PAYMENT: As confirmation of its participation in the festival, a group pays in advance 1000 € (which is not reimbursable in case of declination of participation). The rest of the amount is to be paid 15 days before the festival or at the group’s arrival to the hotel, according to the agr Last application and deposit 15.04.2023
