INTERNATIONAL MUSIC AND FOLK DANCE FESTIVAL “KUSADASI DAYS” 08 – 12 JUNE 2022

I N V I T A T I O N

Kuşadası is a beach resort town on Turkey’s western Aegean coast. A jumping-off point for visiting the classical ruins at nearby Ephesus (or Efes), it’s also a major cruise ship destination. Its seafront promenade, marina, and harbor are lined with hotels and restaurants. Just offshore on Pigeon Island is a walled Byzantine castle that once guarded the town, connected to the mainland via causeway.

” Internatıonal Dance and Music Festival “KUSADASI  DAYS” will be arranged between 08 – 12 June 2022 in KUŞADASI TÜRKİYE.

GENERAL RULES:

– Participants have to come Kuşadası on 08 June 2022 Wednasday (hotel check in time is

14.00) and leaving time is 12 June 2022 Sunday , starting from 11.00 a.m (after breakfast)

– There is not any limit for participant number.
– Participants can use USB or live music .
– Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival
committee’s decision.
– Festival commitee will take care of weather conditions.

6.While festival,participants will prepare their performance ,8 and at most 12 minutes longer.
– Performance will showed in open area.Performances will showed in areas which are 8 * 8
meter.
– Festival committee will give a guide to all groups while festival.Festival language is English.
– Every type of travel , health insurance and other insurances are in groups owns.
–  Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.
–  There is no limit for the age of participants .
–  The groups can join the festival which have performances written below ;

* Folk Dance,  * Modern Dance,* Music, *Majorette Group,  * Rhytmic Gymnastics, * Dance Theatre,
–  Participant groups need to send 5 different pictures , 1 video (which includes their performances) about their groups.9. There will be historical and touristy trips for participiants in free times.Furthermore, there will be ,aqupark and yacht trip tours (with extra payment)

• PARTICIPATE FEE IS:129 euro  for per person (4 night , 5 days) .The hotel which groups will accommodated in is very closed to seaside. 3 STAR HOTEL (3-4 bed in each room). Hotel has ALL INCLUSIVE service.Additional daily price is 30 euros per person, price for a double room 35 euros per person per day, price for a single room is 55 euros per day)Every 25 person, 1 person is free .(Double room price is 48 Euro per day per person . Single room price is 68 Euro per day.)

  Triple rooms has 1 french bed and 1 single bed.Quadriple rooms has 1 french bed ,1 single bed and 1 extra bed.Extra bed smaller than other beds.
