INTERNATIONAL TOURISM ART AND CULTURE FEST IVAL 21 – 25 July 2023 AYVACIK-SAMSUN

CONDITIONS  OF PARTICIPATING :

1- Please, send this application form back by email  with minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances. Please send this emails to :

2- The Groups will stay all together male and female at high quality  hostel  3 -4 beds a room and inside bathroom. 3 meals daily. Participation fee 45 euro.

PS :

1. Dormitory rooms are bunk beds for a maximum of 4 people, and don’t forget to take your pillowcases, sheets, piqué and towels.
2. Since there is a swimming lake in Ayvacık and the sea 30 km away, we recommend you to take your swimsuit and sea towels.

3- The groups are requested to arrive in  AYVACIK on 21  JULY 2023 – 10:00 and depart on  25  JULY  2023 – 12:00, after breakfast. 

4-  Gifts provide for each person is an  attendance festival hat, t-shirt and certificate.

5- Each group should bring flags of their countries and 4 gifts  with them. We will pick up from Samsun Airport 2 way free of charge and we will provide internal transfer .

6- We will prefer for dance groups with live music but recorded music also acceptable.  

7- Who will come by bus , We will give 300 lt diesel.  Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee. The groups will prepare 6-8 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare  minimum 2 different performances.

8-The number of participants must be maximum 50 people with drivers. Dancers age must ve over 14 years old.
